Elevate Integrations

TerpEngage serves as the Salesforce integration partner for the Elevate Workday Student program. In collaboration with the Elevate team, TerpEngage is redesigning and implementing the Salesforce integrations required to transition from the legacy SIS to Workday Student. Beyond delivering technical integrations, the partnership includes solution design, architecture alignment, data mapping, end-to-end testing, and organizational readiness to ensure Salesforce continues to support the University's admissions and student engagement processes within the future-state Workday ecosystem.

Project Phases

The Elevate Salesforce Integrations project is structured into three phases that guide the transition from the legacy SIS to Workday as the system of record. Beginning with technical implementation, progressing through business transition and operational readiness, and concluding with ongoing support and optimization, each phase builds toward a successful and sustainable Workday Student implementation.
